This User Agreement is approved by the administration of the Chakaruna Market, acting on behalf of the individual entrepreneur (02002, Kyiv, Mykilsko-Slobidska St., 6/2, apt. 72, EDRPOU code 2354121075) (hereinafter referred to as the Company). The document regulates legal relations that arise in the course of the Company's activities, in particular when using electronic resources and e-commerce services.
The Agreement applies to all e-commerce tools of the Company, including the website https://chakarunamarket.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site, Company resources).
Any person who visits the Site or uses its mobile version, regardless of the purpose, is considered a User and agrees to the provisions of this Agreement.

The Company has the right to moderate, partially or completely reject the publication of materials, as well as delete already posted content without warning.
5. Disclaimer
The characteristics of goods and services may be changed by the manufacturer. The images on the Site may differ from the actual appearance of the products.
The Company reserves the right to change, update or delete information about goods, services and prices without notice.
The Company is not responsible for technical disruptions in the operation of the Site or mobile application, as well as for possible losses associated with these circumstances.
The cost of products in the offline store may differ from the prices on the Site. The final price is indicated in the settlement documents when placing an order.
6. Newsletters and notifications
By providing an email or phone number, the User automatically agrees to receive newsletters about promotions, discounts and other offers.
