Hape is a sacred traditional medicine of the indigenous peoples of the Amazon. It is a fine powder made from the dried and crushed leaves of sacred trees and plants of the Amazon combined with their ashes, bark, seeds, roots and other medicinal plants of the Amazon forest.
Hape is a powerful herbal tool for cleansing, healing and spiritual work. Each tribe (Yawanawa, Katukina, Nukini, Kuntanawa, Huni Kuin, Matses, Apurina and others) has its own recipes that are passed down from generation to generation. The composition depends on the region (Brazil, Peru, Colombia) and the specific tree or plant that is added (Tsunu, Mulungu, Murici, Guarana, etc.).
