1. General Provisions
1.1. By using this site, the User confirms his agreement with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing his personal data.

6. Dispute resolution
6.1. Before applying to court, the User must send a written claim with a proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute.
6.2. The site administration is obliged to provide a response to the claim within 30 calendar days.
6.3. If the parties do not reach an agreement, the dispute is referred to court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
6.4. The legislation of Ukraine applies to this Policy.
7. Additional Terms
7.1. The site administration has the right to change the provisions of the Privacy Policy without prior consent of the User.
7.2. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment of its publication on the site, unless otherwise provided by the text of the Policy itself.
